Luxury Garden Rooms

Designed for Comfort, Independence and Peace of Mind

Our luxury Garden Rooms offer residents a beautiful, private living space combined with the reassurance of award-winning dementia care. Thoughtfully designed to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing, these light-filled rooms feel calm, homely and connected – allowing residents to enjoy their own space while remaining fully supported by our experienced, compassionate team.

Experience award‑winning care in beautiful new surroundings:

Each Garden Room at The Mill House has been carefully created to feel like a true home, not a bedroom. With generous proportions, natural light and direct access to a peaceful courtyard area, residents can enjoy privacy, freedom and familiarity in a safe, supportive environment.

The rooms are ideal for those living with dementia who value independence but benefit from gentle, expert care close by. Residents can relax in their own space, welcome visitors, or step easily into the life of the home — enjoying companionship, activities and freshly prepared meals whenever they wish.

Dementia-friendly design features throughout help residents feel confident, settled and at ease, supporting both emotional wellbeing and day-to-day comfort.

Officially Opened with Community Support

The Garden Rooms were officially opened at a special community celebration, attended by residents, families and friends of The Mill House Care Home. We were honoured to welcome The Mayor of Worcester, Councillor Dr Matt Lamb, who marked the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

“There’s such a wonderful atmosphere here. Speaking to staff, speaking to residents, it’s clear there’s a lot of love here – this is an amazing facility. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, it’s absolutely amazing.”

Trusted, Accredited and Family-Led Care:

The Mill House Care Home is proud to hold the National Dementia Care Accreditation Scheme (NaDCAS) Three Star Platinum Award – the highest level achievable, and held by only a small number of care homes across the UK.

This accreditation recognises the exceptional quality of our dementia care, our commitment to best practice, and the dedication of our highly trained, compassionate team.

As a family-run care home, we place genuine relationships, kindness and dignity at the heart of everything we do – offering families confidence that their loved one is cared for as an individual, not just a resident.
